Mercedes-Benz South West was honoured in six different categories at the manufacturer's Retailer of the Year awards at Mercedes-Benz World where it was named as the UK's top smart retailer for the second year in succession.
In addition to its Exeter site being named as the smart retailer of the year, Mercedes-Benz South West's Sales and Finance & Insurance Teams were ranked among the nation's elite.' The group was among the frontrunners for the Best Customer Satisfaction Team and Most Improved Customer Satisfaction Team of the Year titles, whilst the service department at Exeter was chosen as one of the top three outlets in the country.
Commenting on the plaudits for the group's sites in Exeter, Plymouth, Taunton and Truro, Mike Wickins, Mercedes-Benz South West's Managing Director, said: "Whilst it is satisfying to receive these accolades from the manufacturer, I'm particularly delighted that the hard work of my colleagues and their commitment to customer service has been acknowledged"

Dermot Kelly, Managing Director Mercedes-Benz Cars, was certainly full of praise for Mercedes-Benz South West. He described their smart operational particular as "a success story on every level."
